I've given a few presentations on Reia lately. The first was at last month's Erlang Factory conference, where my presentation included a short talk on building languages on top of Erlang, followed by a talk on Reia geared towards Erlang programmers. About a month later I gave a talk on Reia at my local Ruby group, focused on Rubyists.

ارتودنسی علم به اصلاح نا منظمی در ارتباط فک و دندان و نامرتبی دندان است که افراد بسیاری را دچار مشکل کرده است. این مشکلات نه تنها در زیبایی ظاهری فرد تاثیر گذار است بلکه می تواند حتی بر روی جویدن غذا و در نهایت هضم غذا تاثیر گذار باشد. این نامنظمی می تواند در اثر عواقب بسیاری از جمله مراقبت بد و یا تحت تاثیر رشد دندان عقل ایجاد شود.
خبر خوب اینجاست که دیگر داشتن لبخند زیبا دست نیافتنی نیست. امروزه با پیشرفت تکنولوژی حتی در این زمینه بسیاری از مشکلات حل شده اند. چه بسا در طول درمان افراد باید ظاهر سیم ها را تحمل می کردند، اما اکنون حتی این موضوع نیز برطرف شده و با استفاده از ارتودنسی نامرئی می توان از ظاهر بد سیم ها نیز جلوگیری کرد.
قبل از ارتودنسی باید متخصص دندان های شما را مورد معاینه قرار دهد تا مبادا دندانهایتان دچار پوسیدگی و التهاب باشد. اگر دچار مشکلی از این جهت نباشید درمان شما شروع می شود. در غیر اینصورت بنا به تشخیص دندانپزشک پیش از شروع درمان باید این موضوع پیگیری شود. البته ممکن است لازم باشد آن دندان را بکشید و لزومی برای پرداخت هزینه اضافی برای ترمیم آن دندان نداشته باشید.
انواع ارتودنسی
در ابتدا به این موضوع توجه کنید که همه ی افراد نمی توانند از هر نوع آن استفاده کنند. بلکه متخصص این فن باید پس از معاینه معین کند که آیا شما می توانید به عنوان مثال از نوع متحرک آن استفاده کنید. به لحاظ علم پزشکی دو نوع ارتودنسی داریم:
ارتودنسی متحرک: ارتودنسی الاینر (ردیف کننده شفاف) که به ارتودنسی نامرئی معروف است.
ارتودنسی ثابت: ارتودنسی ثابت همان ارتودنسی های معمول هستند که به دو نوع فلزی و سرامیکی تقسیم می شود. نوع سرامیکی آن نسبت به نوع فلزی ظاهر بهتری را برای بیمار ایجاد می کند. چرا که هم رنگ دندان است و کمتر به چشم می خورد. k,u لینگوال (پشت دندانی) که به ارتودنسی مخفی معروف است نیز جزء همین دسته محسوب می شوند.
همانطور که گفته شد استفاده از هر کدام را باید متخصص تایید کند چرا که هر کدام کارکرد خاص خود را دارد مثلا نوع نامرئی آن بیشتر برای نا منظمی های خفیف استفاده می شود و افرا دی که دندان های آن ها به شدت نا مرتب و نامنظم است نمی توانند از آن استفاده کنند.
بهترین سن برای ارتودنسی
درمان را می توان از هر سنی که دندان وجود دارد (سه سالگی) و تا وقتی که شخص دندان دارد شروع کرد. در حقیقت می توان گفت شروع سیم کشی زمان و سن خاصی ندارد و می توان از هر سنی شروع کرد. البته در برخی موارد بسته به نوع مشکل بیمار سن می تواند عامل تاثیر گذار باشد.
مثلا در افرادی که مشکل نا منظمی فک دارند. یعنی اشخاصی که فک بالا و یا پایین آن ها بیش از حد جلو آمده است. بهترین زمان شروع درمان زمانیست که شخص هنوز در سن رشد است. می توان از رشد طبیعی شخص برای درمان استفاده کرد. بهترین سن برای مورد بررسی قرار دادن فک و دندان از نظر انجمن ADA امریکا، هفت سالگی است، البته نباید به شرایط هر بیمار بی اهمیت باشیم.
